Our Human Resources Department provides full support to Qatari nationals, who aspire and have the potential to be the future leaders that would serve the nation. Our dedicated team is committed to identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional Qatari employees for permanent positions through on-job training, Secondment, and Internship programs. They are committed to develop skilled and competent Qatari employees & encourage them to become skilled professionals.


We believe that the success of the Qatarization depends on a structured, comprehensive, and holistic approach with a positive mindset. The company has maintained a healthy Qatarization rate for the past several years and aims to continue to meet and exceed this rate in the coming years.
We work closely with the Ministry of Administrative Development Social and Labour Affairs (MADSLA) and use the online platform, Kawader, to post all the available vacancies in the company, to provide citizens with the opportunity to occupy positions in our company that suits their qualifications.
