Local Projects Executive Director
Alexandre Ambrosini began his career at Campenon Bernard SGE, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, immediately after he graduated from the French civil engineering school ESTP in 1996. He moved to the United Arab Emirates in 1999 as Civil Works Engineer on the Abu Dhabi Trade Center Project (Abu Dhabi Mall). In 2000, he was appointed as Construction Manager for the Chengdu Treated Water Plant B BOT Project in Si Chuan, China. Following the integration of Campenon Bernard SGE into the VINCI group in 2002, he was relocated to Libya for VINCI Construction Grands Projets as Construction manager for the Al Gardabia & Assdada pumping stations Project. In 2004 he joined the VINCI Construction Grands Projets Head Office to participate as Technical Manager on various LNG Tanks tenders. By end of 2004, he was appointed as Project Manager for the EPC of the Ras Gas LNG Tank No.6 Project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. In mid-2007 he moved to the Netherlands as Project Manager for the EPC of 3 LNG Tanks within the Gate LNG Receiving Terminal Project. Seconded to QDVC in early 2011, he went back to Qatar as Project Manager of the Lusail Underground Car Parks Project. He was appointed as Deputy Operations Manager of QDVC in May 2014 and became Operations Manager in February 2015. He was then appointed Local Projects Executive Director in February 2016 and joined QDVC’s Executive Committee.
