Key features of the site include a cleaner and more attractive design, a more engaging user experience with enhanced search and navigation. The home page welcomes visitors with a clean, uncluttered layout and features content focused on safety and worker welfare, the two priorities of the company.

Since the launch of the first National Sport Day in 2012 by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, QDVC, the local construction company with International standards, has demonstrated it support to the Sports day by organising a corporate event in Lusail at LRT site offices , in continued effort to raise awareness about the importance and value of physical activity to the overall health and well-being of its employees and family members.

QDVC management held a ceremony for the employees to celebrate Qatar National Day and learn more about the past, present and future of the dynamic country. A traditional tent was set up with a Majlis, -an Arabic style sitting room- in the Head office of the Company located in West Bay. Flags, a traditional tea service, a Qatari lunch and music of Qatar created a festive and warm environment . All employees were invited to experience Qatari hospitality in the Majlis.

An agreement signed recently between the Center for Sustainable Development (CSD) at Qatar University College of Arts and Sciences (QU-CAS) and QDVC will facilitate a joint research project in the field of innovative algal-products for carbon sequestration.

Dr. Hassan Al-Derham, Qatar University President, and Yanick Garillon, CEO of QDVC signed the agreement in the presence of officials from both institutions, including CAS dean Dr. Eiman Mustafawi, CAS associate deans, for Academic Affairs Dr. Hassan Abdulaziz and for Outreach and Engagement Dr. Khalifa Hazaa, for Planning and Quality Assurance Dr. Steven Wright, Director of the Center for Sustainable Development Dr. Hamad Al Saad Al Kuwari, Manager of the Algal Technologies Program Mr. Hareb Al Jabri, QDVC Chief Support Services Officer Sheikha Athba Al-Thani and QDVC Head of PR & Communication Ms. Ferial Bouchaib and Ms.Marie Marvillet CSR coordinator.
